1776 is the award-winning musical hit about the events leading up to the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The show has fun with the Founding Fathers, their bumblings, quirks, and arguementativness as they bicker over sectional differences on their way to agreeing on and signing the document that gave birth to our nation.
