The Dirty Sock Funtime Band

Regulars on the Jack’s Big Music Show, aired by Nickelodeon, Nick Jr. and Noggin, this rock band that really rocks has released two albums, “The Search and Rescue of Genius Backpack” and “Mr. Clown and the Day the Sun Got Wet.” The Dirty Sock Funtime Band emerged from Kids Creative, an organization that fosters confidence, creativity and conflict resolution through arts education programs. Stephen Jacobs with his brother Adam and friend Michael Messer were instrumental in the emergence. Their music, according to Mr. Messer, “is distinguished by its rocking beats combined with its silly, visual lyrics (think Muppets take MTV).”
