New York City
Join Huck Finn, Mark Twain and runaway slave Jim on a musical trip down the Mississippi River. It’s a pure Americana – adventurous, humorous, perilous and mythic. Audiences will leave humming such memorable tunes as “Waitin’ for the Light to Shine,” “Muddy Water,” “Worlds Apart,” “River in the Rain,” and “Free At Last.” Big River has music and lyrics by Roger Miller, and is adapted from a novel by Mark Twain. The production is directed by Rob Ruggiero.
