Jean Yoon’s solo adaptation of her wildly successful The Yoko Ono Project features music, instruction poems, images and other works by Yoko Ono. First presented to honor Yoko Ono’s retrospective exhibition, Yes, the production reflects Ono’s singularity in powerful and unexpected ways, and makes immediate the disturbing depth and power of her performance art. It is a celebration of the strength and unbridled imagination of “the most famous undiscovered artist in the world.” Yes Yoko Solo explodes the myths and challenges the perceptions about one of the most controversial of modern artists.
