Swingstep

The worlds of hip, swing, and traditional Scottish stepping collide in this musical about Sonny Stone, a New York City swing musician who travels to his grandmother’s hometown in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. His visit to eastern Canada sets off a chain of events after he meets the man his grandmother loved during WWII and hooks up with a group of young fiddlers and steppers.
