About This Show

Hyperbole Theatre presents Local Anesthetic, a drama that explores the lives of three people dealing with isolation. Marvin is a supermarket check-out guy who collects newspapers. Meryl is a sleepwalker who is obsessed with the Game Show Network. Breathless is a young woman who must prove that she can conquer her fear of the woods. All of their lives entwine as the story catapaults to a shocking conclusion. The production is part of the SummerWorks Festival.
