Rain and Fog presents Dreaming Elsewhere by Charles Picco. Oscar enjoys drinking with Ellie. Ellie enjoys drinking alone. An intoxicated comedy that was a popular draw at Rhubarb 99. Directed by Marion de Vries and featuring Anne Anglin and Ralph Small, this production is part of the SummerWorks Festival.
