The Taming of the Shrew

The Royal Shakespeare Company is proud to present The Taming of the Shrew as part of the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival.
In this startling new version of Shakespeare’s controversial play, director Lindsay Posner has framed the play with a rarely-employed introduction by Shakespeare, casting the decidedly un-p.c. plot in a new light and managing to incorporate web-surfing and cross-dressing in the process.
