Pvt. Wars

Shelton Theater presents the hilarious comedy Pvt. Wars, directed by Richard Harder. In James McClure’s bitingly funny portrait of young men trying to figure out how to resolve their own private wars, three divergent characters; Silvio, Gately, and Natwick, come together to do battle with themselves. Despite their vast differences, these men share a common experience — the pain of war — which is ironically expressed through a series of comedic situations. They may never realize a solution to the serious issues surrounding their lives, but they do arrive at a cathartic experience. And so do we.
