Kilt is an enchanting yet complex story of a mother and son comnig to know themselves and how to love each other. The traditional apparel of Scottish males is the link that fuses past and present. In the past, the kilt belonged to a young Glaswegian soldier. In the present, the kilt has become the property of that soldier’s grandson who wears it as a gimmick to spice up his performances as Tartan Tom, an exotic dancer at a gay bar. When the old soldier dies, mother and son must journey to Scotland for final farewells and reconciliation.
