About This Show

From the composers that brought you Mamma Mia! – Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus, formerly of the rock band ABBA – and Oscar, Tony, Grammy, and Golden Globe-winning lyricist Tim Rice. The story centers around the romantic triangle between two top players in a world chess championship, an American and a Russian, and the woman who manages one and falls in love with the other. All in the context of a Cold War struggle between the United States and the Soviet Union. The dynamic score includes: “Nobody’s Side”, “Anthem”, “One Night in Bangkok”, and “Pity the Child”. This is a don’t-miss epic musical event.
