The Secret Love Life of Ophelia, Steven Berkoff’s startingly original new play in verse, charts the lovers’ story beneath the surface of Shakespeare’s famous play, shot through with images of courtly love, sexual desire, and intimations of future tragedy. Barry Philips directs.
