Tavis in Concert

Tavis is a powerful voice in the acoustic singer/songwriter folk music scene. His music is melodic and emotional, beautiful and thoughtful, unlike anything heard since Dylan put pen to paper so many years ago. Tavis was born in Southern California to a father who loved the Beatles and Led Zeppelin and a mother who majored in opera at the University of Southern California. Raised in suburbia as a child, and in the country on a cattle ranch as a teen, he developed a sensitivity and an appreciation for the simple things in life. The combination of these influences is reflected in his beautiful acoustic guitar and vocal music.
