At 84, Marion Scott continues her Spirit Dances series; Spirit Dances 10: Courage Has Many Faces speaks of the strengths inherent in each of us. Without Courage, life lacks meaning, purpose, and direction. With Courage comes hope, focus, growth, awareness, and transformation from the imperceptible to the heroic.

Spirit Dances 10 offers new works based on some aspect of the courageous by multi-disciplinary artists, including: Emile Hassan Dyer, Ola Hudson, Kiha Lee, Craig Ng, Marion Scott, Allegra Fuller Snyder, Diane Takamine-Shigekawa, Robert Whidbee and Roberta Wolin-Manker. New works include spoken word, film and live music. Modern dance icon Marion Scott performs her latest solo work, “Prayer,” a journey from darkness into the light about finding a way to live with each new day.
