About This Show

The world premiere presentation of Revisiting Wildfire, a funny and moving two-character play that exposes the complex relationship of two 52-year-old women whose madcap friendship was forged as college roommates, back during the early years of both punk and the Reagan Administration. Lately, however, Theresa has been seriously out of touch. When Pam comes to NYC for a surprise visit, she finds her friend a chaotic mess. Adrift after losing her high powered job, Theresa has recently discovered spiritual guidance in an old 70’s pop song, and a new purpose in life which Pam finds more than a little insane. But Theresa is soon to discover that Pam has some craziness of her own. They’ve each come to a crossroads, and neither one of them can move forward without the help of the other. In the battle to save their friendship, two old friends must find in each other a neglected and vital part of themselves.

“Go see Revisiting Wildfire. Very funny!” – John Kobylt KFI AM 640

“Crosby and Rose excel at every turn. Both actresses get the chance to be dramatically and comedically moving under Eve Brandstein’s skilled and finely paced direction. Floren take(s) a serious issue and make(s) it really funny.” – Don Grigware, Broadwayworld.com
