Play Noir

Punk Monkey Productions delivers six new Noir Acts in its 2015 run of PL.A.Y Noir. Murder, mystery, deceit and double-crossing abound in these Film Noir styled original one-acts set in the City of Angels.

This year’s lineup includes Los Angeles based playwright Daniel Weisman’s “Silhouettes,” Rich Cassone’s “I Brought Eggs,” James Elden’s “Bank and Trust,” and from PL.A.Y Noir’s 2012 debut, playwright David Galanter returns with his new play “Wild Cards.” Punk Monkey Productions also welcomes new plays to their noir scene with “The Oz Emerald” by Lawrence, Kansas based Thomas Klocke, and from New York City, Susan Goodell and her play, “The Hour.”

Now in its fourth year, PL.A.Y Noir promises to hold true to the classic Noir genre returning to the Golden Age of Hollywood. Dapper Dons and Dangerous Dames welcome.
