About This Show
The daughter of a Hollywood makeup artist, Michele Lee was a semi-professional band singer by the time she was 16. After graduating from high school, the Los Angeles native auditioned for and won a spot in a local musical revue called Vintage ’60. When the show moved to New York, so did she. It was a short run, but Lee made it to Broadway after her first audition.
