The Zuma Repertory Theatre presents the Los Angeles premiere of the British hit comedy Glorious!

A hilarious comedy with heart, this play tells the true story of Florence Foster Jenkins, a wealthy socialite living in New York in the 1940s.Known as the "worst singer in the world" and "the first lady of the sliding scale," she couldn’t hold a note. Despite her lack of talent, Jenkins doggedly pursued her dreams and made a career of her singing, selling out New York City’s famed Carnegie Hall on her final performance in 1944.

The play was a hit in London’s West End and was nominated for the prestigious Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Comedy.
