As You Like It

In this light comedy, Shakespeare uses four very different couples ­ Rosalind and Orlando, Audrey and Touchstone, Celia and Oliver, Phoebe and Silvius to reflect on our lives and loves, from the fantastical to the abject, from courtly love to “country matters.” Throw in the melancholy Jacques, an evil brother or two, lusty lords and feisty wenches singing and carousing in the magical forest of Arden and you have a many-faceted gem that sparkles with charm, wit and wisdom.
