About the Show
A Little Night Music is one of Broadway’s most glorious masterpieces. It features a waltz-filled score by Stephen Sondheim including the haunting “Send in the Clowns,” and a smartly humorous and heartfelt book by Hugh Wheeler. In turn-of-the-century Sweden, a middle-aged lawyer, recently married to a much younger woman, rekindles a romance with his former mistress, a renowned actress named Desirée. Resident Artist Valerie Rachelle makes her PCPA debut as director.
