Producer Jan McAdoo (The Trial of the Chicago 7), in collaboration with Foster Cat Productions, brings a Festival of Monumental Jewish Writers to 905 Cole Theatre in Hollywood. The festival showcases three different authors with a curated selection of comedic one-acts that will rotate each night over the course of a six weekend run this Spring 2024. “An Adult Evening of Shel Silverstein” (80 mins) written by acclaimed children’s book author Shel Silverstein (The Giving Tree, Where the Sidewalk Ends). “An Evening of One-Acts by Ethan Coen,” (60 mins) written by the Academy Award-winning filmmaker Ethan Coen. “Five One-Act Plays by Wendy Wasserstein” (60 mins) written by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Wendy Wasserstein. Each performance night is dedicated to one of the three shows, check the website for specific schedule.
