Cady Huffman, Erin Mackey, A.J. Shively, et al. Set for Bernice Bobs Her Hair Reading

The Irish Repertory Theatre has announced casting for a free reading of the musical Bernice Bobs Her Hair, to be offered on May 21 at 2pm. Joe Calarco will direct the performance, which will feature musical direction by Zak Sandler.

With music by Adam Gwon and book and lyrics by Julia Jordan, the piece is based on a short story by F. Scott Fitzgerald about the awkward relationship between a cosmopolitan young woman and her cousin from the country.

The company will feature Kevin Carolan, Cady Huffman, Erin Mackey, A.J. Shively, and Phoebe Strole. The ensemble will include Carey Anderson, Lindsay Nicole Chambers, Demi Fragale, Olli Haaskivi, Morgan Karr, Zachary Prince, Casey Tuma, and Blake Whyte.
