Julianne Moore to Appear on CBS’ As the World Turns on April 5

Broadway veteran Julianne Moore will make a cameo appearance on an upcoming episode of the CBS daytime drama As the World Turns to air on Tuesday, April 5, according to EW.com. She will reprise her role as Frannie Hughes, and will come to town to see her parents.

From 1985 to 1988, Moore played both Frannie and half-sister Sabrina Hughes on the show, and earned a Daytime Emmy Award for the role.

Moore has appeared on stage in The Vertical Hour and Vanya on 42nd Street. The actress can currently be seen on the big screen in A Single Man and Chloe. She received Oscar nominations for Far From Heaven, The Hours, The End of the Affair, and Boogie Nights.
