Trent Kowalik to Play Final Performance in Broadway’s Billy Elliot on March 7

Tony Award winner Trent Kowalik will play his final performance in the title role of the Broadway production of Billy Elliot the Musical, at the Imperial Theatre, on Sunday, March 7, at 7:30pm.

Based on the 2000 film of the same name, the show tells the tale of a young boy with a dream of being a dancer. The show won 10 Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

Featuring music by Elton John, book and lyrics by Lee Hall, choreography by Peter Darling and direction by Stephen Daldry, Billy Elliot also features Michael Dameski, Alex Ko, Liam Redhead, and Dayton Tavares as Billy; Kate Hennig as Mrs. Wilkinson; Philip Whitchurch as Dad; Carole Shelley as Grandma; Will Chase as Tony; and Trevor Braun and Jake Evan Schwencke as Michael.
