Finding Neverland Star Matthew Morrison to Be Featured at A.R.T. Annual Gala
Following the success of its 2015 gala, which raised more than $1 million, American Repertory Theater has just announced the details for its 2016 gala, titled Boundless. Tony, Drama Desk, Emmy, and Golden Globe nominee, Matthew Morrison will take a brief respite from his starring role as J.M. Barrie in Broadway's Finding Neverland, which premiered at A.R.T. In addition to Morrison’s appearance, there will be a performance by the Boston Children’s Chorus.
In addition, the A.R.T. Angel Award will be presented to Anne Finucance, Bank of America’s Vice Chairman and Global Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, in recognition of her great support of both A.R.T. and the Boston arts community as a whole.
A.R.T. has won nine Tony awards in the past three years for its productions of All the Way, The Glass Menagerie, Pippin, and The Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess. With Diane Paulus as its artistic director, the theater is known for captivating audiences with the boldness and innovation of its theatrical programming.
Individual supporter tickets start at $1,000, and both corporate sponsorship and table sponsorship packages are available.
