The play focuses on a family coming to terms with the secrets that it has long guarded. Curtis-Newton has reset the action of the play in Seattle's Central District in order to explore an African-American family pursuing the American Dream within the realities of the region in the 1940s.
The company will feature Chuck Cooper as Joe Keller and Margo Moorer as Joe's wife, Kate, along with Reggie Jackson, Nicole Lewis, Shanga Parker, Bradford Farwell, Carol Roscoe, Geoffery Simmons, Khatt Taylor, and Jonah Schmidt.
