Vincent Kartheiser, Amy Pietz, Vaishnavi Sharma Set for San Jose Rep’s The Death of the Novel

Full casting has been announced for San Jose Rep‘s production of Jonathan Marc Feldman’s new play The Death of the Novel, which will run August 30-September 23. Rick Lombardo will direct the production.

The cast is led by Mad Men star Vincent Kartheiser, as a brilliant young novelist who is living in seclusion in his Manhattan apartment as he deals with a great loss in the aftermath of September 11, 2001.

He will be joined by Vaishnavi Sharma, Patrick Jones, Zarah Mahler, and Amy Pietz.

Sherman is the author of the film Swing Kids and was the executive music producer on the miniseries From the Earth to the Moon.
