Ann Hampton Callaway, Capathia Jenkins, Christiane Noll, et al. to Perform with Peter Nero and the Philly Pops

Guest vocalists Capathia Jenkins, Gary Mauer, and Christiane Noll are set to join Peter Nero and the Philly Pops for its Broadway Rocks! concert, October 6-10 in Verizon Hall at The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts.

The show will include numbers from various Broadway musicals, including Mamma Mia!, Dreamgirls, and Hair. There will be additional performances of this program presented at the Trenton War Memorial in Trenton, NJ, on October 2, and at the Sovereign Performing Arts Center in Reading, PA, on October 16.

The 2010-2011 season will continue with Holiday POPS! (December 4-22); Singin’ & Swingin’ with Ann Hampton Callaway (February 2-6); 50’s Dance Party featuring the music of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and the Big Bopper (March 2-6); Music and Comedy with Robert Klein (March 30-April 3); and Big Numbers (May 15-21).
