Playwrights Horizons has announced a three-week extension of its critically acclaimed production of Melissa James Gibson’s This, which will now run through January 3.
Obie Award-winner Daniel Aukin directs the “un-romantic comedy” that focuses on a woman entering her forties. The cast stars Julianne Nicholson, Eisa Davis, Glenn Fitzgerald, Darren Pettie, and Louis Cancelmi.
The creative team includes Louisa Thompson (scenic design), Maiko Matsushima (costume design), Matt Frey (lighting design), and Matt Tierney (sound design). Composer Peter Eldridge will provide additional music.
