Ken Russell to Attend Retrospective of His Films at Lincoln Center

Acclaimed film director Ken Russell will be in attendance at all evening screenings of Russellmania, a retrospective of his work to be presented by The Film Society of Lincoln Center at the Walter Reade Theater, July 30-August 5.

Russell’s films include the musicals The Boyfriend, starring Twiggy, and The Who’s Tommy, starring Roger Daltrey and Ann-Margret, as well as The Devils, Lisztomania, Mahler, The Music Lovers, Savage Messiah, Valentino, and Women in Love.

Russell also directed the Off-Broadway show Mindgame starring Keith Carradine.
