New York Philharmonic’s Company With Neil Patrick Harris to Appear in Movie Theaters in June

The New York Philharmonic’s concert presentation of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth’s Company, which concludes its run at Avery Fisher Hall on April 9, is being filmed for movie theaters, with distribution to begin on June 15, according to a Philharmonic spokesperson. Additional details will be announced shortly.

The performance is directed by Lonny Price, with choreography by Josh Rhodes. The Philharmonic is conducted by Paul Gemignani.

The cast features Craig Bierko (Peter), Stephen Colbert (Harry), Jon Cryer (David), Katie Finneran (Amy), Neil Patrick Harris (Bobby), Christina Hendricks (April), Aaron Lazar (Paul), Patti LuPone (Joanne), Jill Paice (Susan), Martha Plimpton (Sarah), Anika Noni Rose (Marta), Jennifer Laura Thompson (Jenny), Jim Walton (Larry), and Chryssie Whitehead (Kathy), as well as Alexa Green, Fred Inkley, Rob Lorey, Jessica Vosk, Callie Carter, Ariana DeBose, Ashley Blair Fitzgerald, and Lorin Latarro.
