Justin Matthew Sargent, Barbara Walsh, and Daniel Jenkins Set for Alexander Supertramp

Alaska’s Perseverance Theatre will present an industry reading of a new musical, Alexander Supertramp, on December 13 at 3pm at Roundabout Theatre Company's Rehearsal Studio. The show features music and lyrics by Nikos Tsakalakos, with book and lyrics by Janet Allard. Lila Neugebauer directs.

The cast of Alexander Supertramp features Justin Matthew Sargent, Barbara Walsh, Daniel Jenkins, Lauren Pritchard, Annie Golden, Dan Cooney, Jason SweetTooth Williams, and Gordon Stanley.

Based on Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer and Back to the Wild by the Christopher J. McCandless Foundation, Alexander Supertramp "follows the journey of Christopher McCandless, a twenty-something year old from a well-to-do East Coast family who rejects his upper-middle class upbringing and, seeking more than a conventional lifestyle can provide, adopts a new identity and sets out on an Odyssey across the country, ultimately headed for Alaska."
