Broadway stars Kate Baldwin, Alexander Gemignani, Aaron Lazar, and Christiane Noll, cabaret legend Marilyn Maye, and Essential Voices USA, a New York based ensemble singing group led by Judith Clurman, joined The New York Pops in a tribute concert to Stephen Sondheim on Friday, November 19 at Carnegie Hall.

Steven Reineke conducted the concert, which was presented in commemoration of the composer's 80th birthday earlier this year. Sondheim made a brief appearance at the end of the program.

The concert featured selections from Sondheim musicals such as Evening Primrose, Company, A Little Night Music, Into The Woods, Sweeney Todd, and Sunday in the Park with George, including "Move On," "Send in the Clowns," "Being Alive," "I Remember," "A Weekend in the Country," "Agony," "Sunday," and "Children Will Listen."
