Susan Sarandon, Ben Whishaw, et al. Set for Cloud Atlas Film

Casting has been announced for the film version of Cloud Atlas, David Mitchell’s 2004 best-selling novel.
The feature, to be co-directed and co-written by Andy and Lana Wachowski and Tom Tykwer, will star Halle Berry, Hugh Grant, Tom Hanks, Susan Sarandon, Hugo Weaving, Ben Whishaw, Jim Broadbent, Jim Sturgess, Zhou Xun, and Doona Bae.
The film will feature six-interlocking stories, each set in a different place, and will cover many years and several continents.
