Helena Bonham Carter, Anne-Marie Duff, and Jane Horrocks will star in a trio of biopics about British women being made by BBC 4, according to Variety.

Carter, who played Mrs. Lovett in the film version of Sweeney Todd, will star in Enid as the driven English children’s author Enid Blyton; while Duff, who will take part in the 2010 Bridge Project, will portray the legendary prima ballerina Margot Fonteyn.

Horrocks — best known for her work in The Rise and Fall of Little Voice and the TV show Absolutely Fabulous — will play British film and stage star Gracie Fields in Gracie!, which will explore Fields’ complex relationship with Hollywood director Monty Banks (to be played by Tom Hollander).
