Lennon Bus to Stop in NYC

The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus will be in New York City from July 25 through 29, allowing the public a chance to visit this mobile recording and multimedia studio. Created in 1998, the bus encourages people — especially children — to play music, write songs, engineer recording sessions, and produce music video projects.

The cast of the Broadway musical Lennon will make periodic visits to the bus during its New York stay; they are Will Chase, Chuck Cooper, Julie Danao-Salkin, Mandy Gonzalez, Marcy Harriell, Chad Kimball, Terrence Mann, Julia Murney, and Michael Potts. The show is currently in previews at the Broadhurst Theater and is set to open on August 4.

Monday, July 25: Strawberry Fields, Central Park, 4pm-7pm
Wednesday, July 27: Broadhurst Theater, 11am-2pm, 5pm-8pm
Thursday, July 28: Warwick Hotel (65 West 54th Street), 12pm-4pm
Friday, July 29: Broadhurst Theater, 3pm-8pm
