Singers Everett Bradley, Victoria Cave and Carolyn Leonhart, along with saxophonist Michael Blake, will join the newly formed Brooklyn Rundfunk Orkestrata (BRO) for The Hills Are Alive, to be performed at Joe’s Pub on June 1 at 7pm and 9:30pm.

The concert, being presented in association with The Rodgers and Hammerstein Organization, will feature new adaptations and reinterpretations of songs from the team’s iconic The Sound of Music.

Led by East Village Light Opera (EVOC) producer Peter Kiesewalter, BRO is an instrumental quartet featuring the EVOC’s rhythm section: Ben Butler (guitar), Richard Hammond (bass) and Jeff Lipstein (drums).
