PHOTO FLASH: Whoopi Goldberg, Miguel, Matthew Modine et al. at Garden of Dreams Talent Show

Broadway veterans Whoopi Goldberg and Matthew Modine were among the special guest hosts at the Garden of Dreams Talent Show, held at Radio City Music Hall on Monday, April 11.

Garden of Dreams is a non-profit charity that works closely with all areas of Madison Square Garden “to make dreams come true for kids facing obstacles.”

Additional guest hosts included Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, Mark Hoppus, Swizz Beatz, Mike D and Adam Horovitz of the Beastie Boys, and MSG Network Knicks reporter Jill Martin. Grammy-nominated singer Miguel also performed, and more than 80 children participated in the event.

Goldberg is currently represented on Broadway as one of the producers of Sister Act: The Musical. Modine last appeared on Broadway in the 2010 revival of The Miracle Worker.
