Charles Busch, Mario Cantone, Julie Halston, Karen Mason, Kevin Spirtas, et al. Set for Primary Stages Concert Series

Primary Stages will offer a special concert series, featuring some of New York’s finest cabaret and comedy performers, April 25-May 1 at 59E59 Theatres. The series will be directed by Barry Kleinbort.

The series will feature Charles Busch and Julie Halston (April 25), Mario Cantone (April 27), Penny Fuller with special guest Charles Strouse (April 28), Karen Mason and Gregg Edelman (April 29),and Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers (April 30).

The series will conclude on May 1 with Jamie deRoy & Friends concert of songs from Tony Award-winning musicals, featuring Loni Ackerman, Christopher Fitzgerald, Anita Gillette, Bonnie Langford, Christiane Noll, and Kevin Spirtas, with special guest Sheldon Harnick.

All shows will begin at 8pm, except for the April 25 show, which begins at 7pm.
