Whoopi Goldberg and Elaine Stritch to Be Honored at Stella By Starlight Gala

Tony Award winners Whoopi Goldberg and Elaine Stritch will be among the honorees will be among the honorees at the Stella Adler Studio’s Stella by Starlight Gala, to be held at Capitale on Monday, May 4.

Goldberg won a Tony for producing Thoroughly Modern Millie. Her Broadway performing credits include Whoopi, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, and Xanadu. She won the Oscar for Ghost and is currently a co-host of the ABC talk show The View.

Stritch won the Tony for Elaine Stritch: At Liberty. Her many Broadway credits include Pal Joey, Goldilocks, Sail Away, Company, and A Delicate Balance.
