Olivia Wilde to Star in Epic’s Beauty on the Vine

Film and television star Olivia Wilde play the lead role of Lauren in the Epic Theatre Center’s production of Zak Berkman’s Beauty on the Vine, to be directed by David Schweizer, at the Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row. The play, about a female, right-wing radio show host who is brutally murdered, will run April 23-June 3 and open officially on May 2.

The show will also star Helen Piper Coxe, Barbara Garrick, Howard Overshown, Jessica Richardson, and Victor Slezak. The creative team will feature Narelle Sissons (sets), Gabrielle Barry (costumes), Justin Townsend (lighting), and Ryan Rumery (sound).

Wilde is currently co-starring in the NBC-TV series The Black Donnellys. Her previous film and television credits include Alpha Dog, Turistas, The O.C., and Skin.
