Cerveris, d’Arcy James, Gasteyer, Gibson, Morrison, Wilson Set for MCC’s Miscast Benefit

Michael Cerveris, Brian d’Arcy James, Ana Gasteyer, Deborah Gibson, Matthew Morrison, and Patrick Wilson will star in Miscast, the annual Spring Gala Benefit for MCC Theater, which will take place at 6:30pm on Monday, March 13 at the Hammerstein Ballroom (311 West 34th Street).
This star-studded musical revue features some of Broadway’s biggest names singing show tunes in roles they would never get to perform. Musical direction will be by Phil Reno. Additional stars will be announced shortly.
The evening will also honor theater producer Carole Shorenstein Hays. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will help fund MCC’s Playwright’s Coalition for new and emerging writers and its Education & Community Outreach program, which brings theater to nearly 1,000 NYC high school students each year.
