The cast will include Becky Ann Baker, Dylan Baker, Nick Blaemire, Reeve Carney, Kathleen Chalfant, Katie Finneran, Alison Fraser, Darren Goldstein, Matthew Greer, Carla Gugino, Jonathan Hammond, Patti Murin, Jay O. Sanders, Karen Walsh, Barbara Walsh, and Wayne Wilcox, along with a surprise guest host.

The evening is dedicated to the heroic spirit of those who have conquered cancer, as well as a celebration of those who lost their battle. All proceeds go to benefit the American Cancer Society.
