The Great American Trailer Park Musical Set for MMT’s 2009-2010 Season

Minneapolis Musical Theatre has announced that it will present the regional premiere of The Great American Trailer Park Musical as part of its 2009-2010 season.

Written by David Nehls (music/lyrics) and Betsy Kelso (book), this musical fable is rife with adultery, strippers, murderous ex-boyfriends, and a trashy Greek chorus of trailer park divas. Armadillo Acres is Florida’s most exclusive mobile home community until Norbert and Jeanie’s 20-year marriage is threatened by Pippi, a stripper on the run who has just moved into the neighborhood.
