Theater veterans Nicholas Hoult, John Kassir, Ewan McGregor, Ian McShane, Bill Nighy, and Stanley Tucci have been cast in New Line/Legendary’s upcoming film, Jack the Giant Killer, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The film, which will feature a screenplay by Darren Lemke and direction by Bryan Singer, concerns a young farmer (to be played by Hoult) who undertakes a dangerous journey to the giant kingdom to rescue a kidnapped princess (to be played by Eleanor Tomlinson).
