Featuring music by Alan Menken with book and lyrics by Howard Ashman, the story follows a meek down-and out skid row floral assistant who becomes an overnight sensation when he discovers an exotic plant with a mysterious craving for fresh blood.

Broadway veteran Danny Gurwin will star as Seymour, with the cast also including Queer as Folk's Peter Paige as Orin and Others, Lowe Taylor as Audrey, Stuart Pankin as Mr. Mushnik, Michael Shepperd as the Voice of Audrey II, Kamilah Marshall, Meloney Collins and Fredericka Meek.
