It Gets Better Project and Gay Men's Chorus of LA to Produce National Touring Show

By Bethany Rickwald • Apr 12, 2012 • Los Angeles
Gay Men's Chorus of LA and the It Gets Better Project have announced a partnership in collaboration with Speak Theater Arts and plans to develop an original national touring show called It Gets Better which will launch in the fall.

The new show, which already has confirmed engagements in Iowa, Pennsylvania, and Washington, will blend music, theater, and multimedia into a production that promotes hope and an anti-bullying dialogue.

It Gets Better is being developed by a creative team led for the Chorus by Liesel Reinhart of Speak Theater Arts, who will also direct the show.

Proceeds from performances of It Gets Better benefit the It Gets Better Project and GMCLA's Alive Music Project.
