Anjali Bhimani, Rogelio Douglas Jr., James Snyder Set for Coterie Performances

The Coterie has announced casting for Red Carpet Memories: A Celebration of Academy Award-Nominated Songs, to be presented February 10-19. Red Carpet Memories is conceived and directed by Alexander Georgakis.

The event is an homage to The Academy and the resonance of the music they’ve recognized over the years. The cast will feature recording artist Tomasina Abate, Los Angeles favorite Jessica Bernard, Broadway’s Rogelio Douglas Jr. and Lexi Lawson, Ovation Award-nominated composer and performer Brett Ryback, and Broadway leading man James Snyder.

In related news, The Coterie has also announced that Broadway veteran Anjali Bhimani will perform a concert performance of It’s Happening Again — featuring songs by Bhimani herself, Fiona Apple, Norah Jones, k.d. lang, Ty Taylor, Susan Tedeschi, and more — on Tuesday, January 24. She will be joined by Jonny Morrow, Nick Perez, Rob Humphreys, and Anthony Starble.
