Goodspeed Musicals' production of The Circus in Winter will welcome Alex Goley to the cast. He will take on the role of Young Wallace. Danny Quadrino, who was previously announced for the part, has departed the company to pursue an upcoming opportunity.

The Circus in Winter, which will run from October 23-November 16, features a folk/rock score by Ben Clark, a book by Beth Turcotte and Tony nominee Hunter Foster (The Bridges of Madison County), and direction by Joe Calarco.

Inspired by Cathy Day's acclaimed novel of the same name, the production tells a series of interwoven stories that reveal the private lives of a death-defying acrobat, a sideshow African queen, a lonely circus owner, a band of disheveled clowns, and more.

In addition to Goley, the cast will feature Aaron Ramey as Wallace Porter, Dee Roscioli as Jennie Dixianna, Emily Behny as Irene, James Penca as Ollie, Shannan Antalan as Pearly, Williams Parry as Colonel and Hollenbach, Charles Gray as Gus, Jim Hogan as Gordon, Victoria Huston-Elem as Elizabeth, Sarah Dacey Charles as Mrs. Colonel, Noah Plomgren as Elephant Jack, Kristen Hoagland as Young Jennie, Scott Richard Foster as James Porter, and Avery Baran as Young Gordon.
