Chicago Shakespeare’s Follies Announces Full Casting

Chicago Shakespeare Theater has announced full casting for its upcoming production of Stephen Sondheim and James Goldman’s Follies, to run October 4-November 6 at the Navy Pier. Gary Griffin will direct the production

Brent Barrett will play Benjamin Stone, Caroline O’Connor will Phyllis Rogers Stone, Robert Petkoff will Buddy Durant, Susan Moniz will Sally Plummer Durant, and Hollis Resnik will play Carlotta Campion.

The cast will also feature Mike Nussbaum as Dmitri Weismann, Nancy Voigts as Stella Deems, Marilynn Bogetich, as Hattie Walker, Kathy Taylor as Solange LaFitte. Dennis Kelly and Ami Silvestre as Theodore and Emily Whitman, Linda Stephens as Heidi Schiller, Adrian Aguilar as Young Ben, Bill Chamberlain as Roscoe, Rachel Cantor as Young Phyllis, L.R. Davidson as Young Sally, David Elliott as Max Deems, Andrew Keltz as Young Buddy, Amanda Kroiss as Young Solange, Christina Myers as Young Stella, Kari Sorenson as Young Heidi, Amanda Tanguay as Young Carlotta, and Jen Donohoo, Jenny Guse, Devin Archer, Julius C. Carter, Rhett Guter, Nate Lewellyn and Tanner Smale.

The creative team includes Brad Haak (musical director), Kevin Depinet (sets), Virgil Johnson (costumes), Christine Binder (lighting), Alex Sanchez (choreography), Joshua Horvath and Ray Nardelli (sound design).
